I just got back from a 3 day event in Tampa where the focus was on using the internet to enhance your real estate investing. The room was totally energized with Dan and some of my other speaker friends going crazy! I will be talking more in the future about using internet with your real estate and holding exciting events of my own very shortly!
There is a lot of change going on in the investing world. Yesterday the Stock Market hit an all new low. This will have a positive outcome for real estate investors, as stock market investors get tired of losing money and flock to real estate. I am advising you and all my subscribers that if you are cash crunched, to go out and find a house that has equity today, and do an auction on it to sell it.
If the market you are in has not yet hit botTom Nardone, then don’t keep the house and rent it out, just carve out the equity and go and do it again. You have to take care of today’s cash flow needs FIRST!
Many people just want cash in this market, and Option Auctioning a house is still the best way to get cash in your pocket within weeks, NOT years. I like to approach:
1 – Sellers with NO mortgage (Free & Clear)
2 – Wholesalers who already have a good deal tied up
3 – Hard Money lenders who have taken back property
