Is it healthy for an Asian teenager to consume less than 2000 calories?
I’m doing a bio project, and I need some info about this.
I consume on average about 1800 calories a day out of the recommended 2000. I’m about 5′ 1″ and 112 lbs. I am involved in dance and I get about 3 hours worth of exercise. Is this healthy?
You are completely healthy, I wouldn’t change a thing. The thing about calorie intake is that it varies person by person depending on height, current weight, age, whether you want to lose or gain lbs, age, amount of exercise, etc. Calorie intake is entirely dependent on the person themselves.
