about a solar garden light charger?
In this video i watched telling me how to make a solar usb charger I got abit confused when he started talking about a bridge here is the link to the video

please can you say how to do it as simple as possible because i don’t really know much about electronics
here is what i think he meant
-put one wire from the positive to the negative connecting each side of the panel ( then connect the female usb to the other side then you have done)

The video is good, and the concept is doable. The view of the four cells shows exactly how to wire it. It is nearly impossible to put it in print, you need a wiring diagram.
One problem with this is the fact that the charge voltage on a solar cell is not regulated. It is possible in bright sunlight for this kind of device to supply excessive current to batteries, which could shorten their life. This would happen if the solar cells were in very bright direct sunlight.
If I was doing this I would add a few components, like a zenor diode and associated resistors, which would limit the output current so that in very bright sunlight it would not charge the batteries too fast and do harm to them.
