Will a charge controller remove / reduce current draw (resistance)?
I was wondering if a charge controller removes the resistance the load (Battery bank) puts on the charging system (windmill). And if not, it there was a way to charge a battery bank without bogging down the generator with the draw from the battery bank? I would like to get maximum charge with as little resistance as possible to the turbines. Is this possible or am I just dreaming?
If you reduce the charging rate you do reduce the load on the windmill, but you can not reduce the load and maintain the same charging rate.
